You have a maximum allowance of 14 calendar days from the carrier’s verified delivery timestamp to officially submit a request for an item return or product exchange. Requests initiated after this 14-day clearance timeframe cannot be approved for refunds, store credits, or tracking overrides.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful inspection and refund approval, all returned merchandise must fulfill the following strict conditions:
- Apparel must be completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, exhibiting no signs of outdoor wear, cosmetics, perfumes, or physical alterations.
- Products must be shipped back enclosed in their original packaging, including all structural boxes, protective clear layers, and all attached brand tags.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your Alaroo Clothes digital order number or invoice confirmation) is strictly required.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer Remorse / Sizing Adjustments: If you initiate a return due to personal preference, a change of mind, or choosing an incorrect clothing size, the customer is fully responsible for organizing trackable transit and covering all return postage fees.
- Defective, Damaged, or Discrepant Items: If you receive a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item due to our fulfillment mistake, Alaroo Clothes will cover 100% of the return costs. Contact our service desk at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and our team will issue a prepaid domestic return shipping label.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

- Receive Authorization: Our operations department will review your ticket within 24–48 hours and send official return instructions along with a unique authorization reference.
- Pack and Ship: Secure the item inside its original packaging, and place it safely inside a durable outer shipping carton to prevent courier damage. Forward the package via a trackable carrier to our Perris warehouse.
- Provide Tracking Details: Email your return tracking ID to our customer care team so our depot staff can track, log, and accelerate your package intake.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
- Quality Inspection: Upon arrival at our California depot, your returned inventory will undergo a mandatory quality check lasting 2–5 business days.
- Status Notification: We will issue an electronic mail notification informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected based on its physical condition.
- Refund Issuance: Once approved, a full refund is immediately generated back to your original payment mechanism (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to fully populate on your financial ledger, depending on your banking institution’s standard processing speeds.
