1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Final sale items or clearance products (marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”).
- Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (unless the hygienic liner is intact).
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. In these cases, Alaroo Clothes will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within [5–10] business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
7. Exchanges
